Justice J.B. Pardiwala removed his illegal observations after the 58 Rajya Sabha members
demanded impeachment of him for his recent alleged objectionable remarks on the
reservation system in India.
So merit-mongers
occupy our Judiciary. Justice Pardiwala denigrates inclusive policies such as
quotas, reservation and preferential policies. Judges like him give verdicts
against reservation and call it Cancer. I doubt now whether they read our Constitution before
judging any case. Our Constitution defines reservation in Articles 15 (4), 16
(4), 340 and 341 for SCs/STs and OBCs. Are Judges ignoring these articles
intentionally? Justice Pardiwala abused reservations same as corruption. What a
surprise! Reservation will be provided to historically disadvantaged groups who
are still far behind in comparison to some advanced Upper Caste groups. And Corruption is the
liability of crooks on common people, and these crooks belong in majority to
Brahminical-upper caste- merit mongers- anti reservationists. I request please don't collide a very
progressive idea of Social Justice to merit-mongers' disease i.e. Corruption.
Justice Pardiwala! you are not alone who
hates constitutionally mandated reservation policy, there is a long list
of academicians, politicians, Policy
makers, business tycoons etc. Actually, the Legislature is NOT showing its
commitment for implementing Affirmative Action at various Public
institutions. There must be a
Supervisory Committee who focuses on whether reserve seats are filled or not.
If any official or employee finds guilty the Committee must take strict action
against them. The very step which is
taken by the lawmakers, is commendable and it brings hope to us that they will be careful in future also.
